Inbound replies, transactional emails (password reset, invites, payouts), and bulk sends through sequences and campaigns are not counted against this cap.

Audit log retention scales with your plan: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Growth, 365 days on Scale, and indefinite on Enterprise. Growth, Scale, and Enterprise can also export their audit history to CSV for compliance archives.
